78: Focusing On The "Why's" To Allow The "How's" To Happen.

For today’s quick burst of information, we’re talking about a common thought our situation that you may currently have now or have had in the past. Have you ever been so focused on really wanting something to happen, but it never quite seems to happen for you? It likely leads to feelings of anger or frustration because there was no sense of control over the situation or even certain people. Today we’re diving into focusing on the why’s instead of the how's. If we get caught up with all of the negative feelings we’re having from not manifesting what we desire most, it will result in more negativity and also add more stress to your body and mind. So, what do we do when we have these feelings?We are all different, so the bottom line is to find something that works for you. The tools shared below can be used when you’re feeling stuck or if you’re having negative thoughts about why something isn’t happening. If you’ve ever had a dream or desire before, you know that the initial positive thought surrounding the desire can turn into something very stressful when you start thinking about the how. It’s easy to get caught up in the how’s and the when’s, and that can be really stressful because we often don’t have the answers to those questions! If you can instead concentrate and dedicate your time and energy into why you want it to happen, then they how’s - as in how you will make it happen, will fall into place.Life doesn’t always give us what we want in the package we want to have it in, so it’s easy to find yourself frustrated or angry. When you find your mind running, bring yourself back, and remind yourself of the why. If you focus on the why, you can move past the how’s much easier. Ask yourself WHY do you want this thing so badly? Hopefully, this will then bring you back into the place of being open to the actionable steps in figuring it out. Be open to new ideas and even the challenges to make it happen … even if it’s scary and even if it's not the way you planned. Life always has a way of bringing us what we need, when we need it.Focusing on the why is a more positive approach, and thus it will help to drive the process forward even faster. When we’re in a more positive space, it allows our minds to be more creative and willing to allow opportunities in. When your idea has meaning behind it (your why), often times you will be more motivated to make it happen in whatever form that its meant to happen in.You are the ultimate key holder of the power in your life and you have the power to dictate what comes into your life. If you are having negative blocks in your mind, continue to work at it each day to change your thought patterns. All of this is a life lesson to help create the warrior within you. You have it in you, but it is up to you to find it and let it shine. So if you’re ready to up-level your life, keep working at the why’s of your desires. Every lesson you learn along the way to “making it happen,” is a lesson that life needed you to learn before you got there. Keep sharing your wins and sharing your challenges and then most of all, keep muving forward.
