Frances-Rose joins me on the podcast today to share her recovery journey after a terrible life changing motorcycle accident. She shares her knowledge and her tips of dealing with the mental and physical pain. She also dives into a previous transformation she had when she had gained weight and then found bikini modelling. Frances-Rose and her co-host Lindsay, have also started a podcast called And Then It Hit Us which is sharing their story, along with others who have been through trauma.
