55: Consistency, An Importannt Key To Success

When we're looking to create or achieve something great, we need to adapt the habit of consistency. When we have consistency we are building trust with ourselves and others that we will show up and we will do what we said we would. If your having troubles including consistency in your life perhaps you could follow my 4 tips. 1. Setting high standards and expectations: Paint a clear picture of your goal and what you need to do to achieve that goal and don't let anything or anyone step in your way of achieving it! 2. Discipline: Again this means that you will make the choice to always choose you and you won't let anything get in your way of your dreams not even yourself. If you say your going to do something, do it! 3. Creating good habits: Big or small, when you commit to a habit and if you do it, you are telling yourself that you can. You are showing up for yourself which means you will show up for yourself when it comes to any task you set out to accomplish. 4. Be Patient: It can take up to 40 days before something becomes a habit especially if you don't enjoy what it is your doing but if you continue to try and continue to show up with patience, you will make that habit a common thing in your life. Remember, all good things take time so be patient!
