On the Muve Forward podcast today we are chatting about consistency and how important it is to attain the goals you may have. Whether it's goals in fitness, health, relationships, business or anything in life, if you have consistency, you will likely see great results. I share some personal struggles I've been having and some self doubt and how I'm choosing to continue to show up for myself either way and how I find inspiration to keep me consistent. There is a big world out here and I think it's important to remember that we have the right to dream big and to create the life you really truly want but with that it takes a lot of dedication, persistence and consistency.
