Each of us have struggles and hardships but why do some individuals play the role of a victim while others are able to move forward? It's unclear why this happens but it's important to recognize it when it's happening and how to react to those around us when they are in this toxic self destructive state. When we live with anger and frustration we are stoping ourselves from living in our highest potential. Today I'm sharing how to identify someone playing the victim and how to help them see the positives in the situation rather than allowing them to stay paralyzed in the self pity.
