When times are tough, when were going through struggles it can be overwhelming and hard to see the light. This is when I say to just move your body. Walk, stretch, go to a class, dance in your room, whatever it is, just move your body in some form each day. This episode I share more about my crazy year last year and how I was able to overcome it.
