Have you ever thought about how powerful your mind and your breath can be. When I'm sick I like to visualize healing and good health while also breathing and finding calmness. Relaxing the nervous system is key so your body can use it's energy to fight off any bugs and to function the way it's supposed to. I'm inspired each and every time I pay attention to my body and really listen to what it needs. Often it just wants you to take some time to relax and be calm. I challenge you to practice breathing when you're feeling stressed or coming down with a cold. This episode I talk about how to breath properly in order to elicit the parasympathetic nervous system which is your rest and digest nervous system.
