173: Twelve Healthy Hacks for Success this season!

With the changing seasons, it’s very important to stay on top of healthy habits that work with your body through these shifts. If you’re able to tap into your body and really understand what it needs in the colder or warmer seasons, for example, you’ll automatically set yourself up for success! So on today’s episode, I’m sharing my twelve healthy hacks for the fall/ winter season to keep me feeling energized and motivated! Hopefully, these help you too, warriors!!On this episode we dive into: My Twelve (12) Healthy Hacks to set yourself up Success during the colder months! Make your morning routine one that is consistent and enjoyable. Drink more warm water (morning and night), this is great for your digestive system. Start your day with Puratae Superfood Greens Blend each morning to include as many nutrients and minerals as possible and keep your body thriving. [Send me a message if you’d like to know more about this!] Walking every day for anywhere between 45-60 minutes to help shift your fitness level and mental state. This will look different for everyone, but my healthy habits list is a great place to start if you’re unsure!
