The month of September notoriously means changes and shifts; and this year, is no exception. It’s easy to get caught up in new routines and less daylight, and “hibernate” through the winter months. You know the drill, slipping into those big comfy sweaters and letting go of our healthy habits such as daily movement or nourishing our bodies with the nutrients it so desperately needs to thrive. Today I’m diving into the things you can be doing to keep you on track this Fall and ENJOY the balance of living a healthy lifestyle. Do your best to tune in and figure out what your body needs in each season of life; because there is a reason for all of those things!
