135: Stop Letting Fear Of Judgement Hold You Back!

Lately, I’ve had to find new ways to be inspired! So before today’s episode I went for a walk and totally had a dance party in my kitchen - you can literally feel the vibrations coming your way right now, can’t you!? I was inspired for today’s episode after receiving tons of messages from you - my wonderful audience - to share with you that you are not alone in feeling like you should play small in fear of what others might say/ think of you. This fired me right up warriors. But then it occurred to me that I’ve played small many times in my life too, and it’s time we check in with ourselves so we can let it all go and step into the version of us that truly feels right! On this episode we dive into:What’s holding us back from doing the things we want to do and achieving success. The most common answer to this question is: “I’m scared of what other people may think of me.” The truth is: you don’t have control of what someone else is thinking; nor should you so we need to do the work to let this go! How to use visualization to put yourself in a situation, feel how it feels to be there, and then either hold on to it and run with it if it feels good or let it go if it’s not serving you. A reminder that the ideas and thoughts of what other people could say about you are killing your dreams! Recognizing if something is not serving you anymore and then letting it go, free from fear of judgement!When people judge you, this is a direct reflection of their own insecurities - not yours! You have the choice and the ability to stand up and move forward with your own decisions - don’t let other people’s opinions of you affect you and more importantly, affect your progression to finally living the life you’ve always dreamed of. Be clear on who you want to be and just go for it!! Your warrior tribe will stand behind you 100%!The take home:As a health and wellness coach, this is one of the most common things that come up for people - so you’re definitely not alone! If you have people in your life making you feel uncomfortable with decisions you’re making, find a new tribe or have a conversation with your current one and let them know how you’re feeling! Always remember that this life is yours to embrace!! You have the right to create your life in a way that is exactly how you want it to be. Use visualization as a technique to imagine who you want to be, how it would feel, how it would help you (and how it would help others) - and then make it happen!!
