This week I did something I was scared to the bone to do. At the very last minute, I even tried to talk myself out of it - but, I know I am meant for more than that. Have you ever done something that you never thought you would do, but then after felt such a liberating shift? Yep! This is my reality as I recorded today’s episode too! Today I’m sharing more about change - moreover, resisting change, and how we can work to overcome these fears so that we can step into our truest selves once and for all! On this episode we dive into: The reality of change: AKA - it’s not supposed to be easy to do the hard things! Why it’s actually important for you to go through struggle to become you best self. How to feel comfortable with change and then move through it instead of resisting. How to design your life to work for YOU. How to move past letting others dictate what we do when we are ready for change.We must do the work to allow ourselves to focus on the positive things in our lives and what we are grateful for. This will allow us to have the motivation to try new things! Because it’s when we step out of our comfort zone and try new things that we push the limits of our abilities and thus move forward.
