I, by nature, am a lover, an uplifter, and someone who loves to inspire and motivate others to be their best self. But being all of these things doesn’t make me immune to having really low moments and feeling sad, frustrated, angry - and all of the other not so fun emotions! All of this just means that I am human, just as you are. We are at no fault to feel these things, and actually - I encourage you to feel these emotions when they come up for you, but it’s important we recognize them and actively try to move forward before they sink in too far. In today’s episode, I’m talking about all of the things that we as humans can do to shift our mindsets to get out of a mental or physical funk and take our control back! In today's episode I dive into: Identifying when and where trauma could be happening in your life and allowing these waves of ups and downs come in and out of your life.What I do when I feel like I need a break to reset. How to manage stressful situations. The mindset work I am doing for myself and my business and how this has helped to massively accelerate my business during this time. How I am moving and removing my own blocks and letting money flow to me. How to recognize when someone in your life is also in a funk and how to help them through that. Changing your mindset about a situation and how a coach can further help with this. Teaching our children how to handle their emotions.Navigating home-schooling with our children!The overall message here is that if something isn’t working for you, it's time for a change. Feelings of anxiousness or heaviness indicate there is a block somewhere within you and until that block is removed, you will continue to feel and experience the hurt. I create each of my client’s programs specific to THEM and their goals and blocks. Know that getting healthy in your mind, body, and soul doesn’t mean you have to give up everything you love!
