On today’s episode, I’m tackling a hot topic that is quite controversial amongst the population. If you’re living on planet Earth … I’m sure you’ve heard of the Coronavirus pandemic. There is so much negative PR about this virus and no one seems to be talking about what we can do to actively prevent ourselves from contracting the virus by keeping our immune systems strong! So today I’m sharing a few things you should consider implementing in your life to boost that immune system and keep the coronavirus out of your system! It’s important to first note that the coronavirus is a flu virus. The flu is a common virus that kills people every single day and the amount of people who are currently dying from the coronavirus is relative to the number of people dying from any other flu virus. Since coronavirus is a strain of the flu, we know medically that it's something your body can fight off - so long as you are nourishing your body properly and limiting any external immune-suppressing stressors. For example, anxiety or fear of any sort compromises how your immune system is able to function. So today, let’s talk about more positive things we can do to boost our immune systems to prevent us from getting sick - and if you do get sick, a boosted immune system will only help you fight off the sicknesses quicker.TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:Be positive! But please know that this flu is no different than any other flu we’ve seen! Any flu virus can be (and is) deadly. The idea of getting this virus is more harmful than the actual virus itself. Take a look at your general health before you freak out. If you are someone who takes care of your body and your mind, and you are mindful to always wash your hands, chances are you don't have to worry one bit about contracting this virus. If you're not currently giving your body the love it deserves, now is a really good time to start. Putting any type of stress on your body will make you more vulnerable to contracting any disease or virus - not just the coronavirus. So relax, nourish your body, rest lots, and wash your hands!
