Today marks 100 episodes!! YAY!! I have met so many incredible humans who are now a part of my life and my journey through this Podcast and I am so grateful for each and every one of you who have listened, loved, shared or chatted with me over the past year after hearing something that resonated with you. On today’s episode, I thought it would be fitting to share the transition I’ve gone through and the opportunities that I’ve had arise as a result of starting this podcast. I want to share this not to impress you, but to show you how much your life can change in one year if you just dive into the thing you’ve always been wanting to do - even if its scary, and even if you don’t know the exact path to get there just yet!This podcast has helped me carry on and get through so many hard times, and it has always been my mission to help those who were also hurting or going through troublesome times who maybe didn’t have the community to do so through sharing. I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe and supported whether they are going through struggles or if they just needed some inspiration to keep moving forward. My goal was to build a community and introduce you to other people who offer you support in the areas you most need it when you are going through low times because we all have things that we go through and most of them are out of our control. So if you’re struggling, know that what you want in your life is all possible for you. The first step is to know what you want because if you don’t know what you truly want, you’ll end up staying stagnant. Be open to having things come into your life; new opportunities, new people, or new ways to do things. Choose to get up and do the things that are going to get you towards a better life, even if they’re hard. If you had nothing stopping you … if there was no money or time limitations … what would you truly want for your life and your family. There are no limits on your life! You can have the life that you want and you can start building it now.
