Alsooo what better way to increase the electricity tarrif ? to make it a rare commodity for some while giving a select few 20 plus hours of light so that the "little people" would have no choice but to opt in to Band A because if they just suddenly increased it, the shout would have been louder, sprinkle sprinkle children!
