Modern no-nonsense storytelling with the spirit of 90s Country, SJ McDonald’s music reflects that of a hard- working farmer’s daughter who lives and breathes country music. She prides herself in writing country songs with a twist. With over 10 years of consistent on-stage experience fronting her own bands, SJ has mastered the art of a high-energy, good for the soul show, and brings an infectious spark to any stage she sets foot on. SJ is a growing name in the Nashville scene, playing over 150 shows a year. In 2021, she independently released a 5-song EP, and has new music slated to come out in February of 2023.
