Two charity singles are reaching their 40th anniversary that supported Africa's famine: Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" (1984), and U.S.A. for Africa's "We Are the World" (1985). Both gathered a fantastic group of celebrities singing together, and earned enough proceeds for future philanthropy. Explore the music notes how both songs impacted then and now.
