Elaine Holmes is a force in the independent music world. We've heard her name mentioned by bands from coast to coast when the Denver/Fort Collins music scene comes up. She currently runs the Choice City Stomp festival and all iterations of it. It is not rare to see her front stage in the Denver area or anywhere else in the country when it comes to the bands she loves the most. Elaine Holmes is a force in the independent music scene, a true scene leader and a nurturer of all the bands lucky enough to be in her orbit.
