We start off our two weeks of dissertation discussion with Mary Akemon, and her dissertation on how museums use YouTube. Mary does A LOT of talking about things like watch time, the FREE resources allocated by YouTube, and the pitfalls of museums not creating YouTube content for their visitors and online audiences.
