Part 9 focusses mainly, on the purported leaked memo, of the Nigerian customs Service, which indicates that Boko Haram terrorist group is planning to attack Abuja, the Nigerian Federal capital territory. The word on the street, became very strong, leading to a sense of fear in the residents of Abuja.
