What will November's low mortgage approvals mean for UK house prices?

November 2022 mortgage approvals (Source: BoE) fell to 46,000, the lowest since April 2011 excluding the pandemic.

(The 10 year average is 67,000). 

Is it a blip, a shock reaction to the mini budget? Or is it a sign of things to come?
