I have been mia lately but I'm back. I will be the first to admit I took on way to much and something had to give... I missed y'all! I will also note, I will be back but less frequently than before due to time restraints and not wanting to take on too much again. So from time to time I'll drop new content, mainly about my own running journey and how it's going. Hopefully it relates to some of you and you find it helpful!
