The season has changed. Fall is definitely in the air and with that so are cooler temperatures. It often gets harder and harder to get out in the mornings and run. Be sure you are prepared to take on the cooler temps with the proper gear. Tune in to learn some of my advice on preparing your mind for the cooler temps ahead.
