Learning from Disney VI

Walt and Roy launched their company the same year the Great Depression started. Today the company is worth about $130 Billion. I observed that Disney was being deliberate about learning what it takes to open in a pre-vaccine world. Here are the five things I observed them doing:

5. Find the new business opportunities
