I remember back in the day someone telling me that if I was truly going to get in shape and drop the weight the number one trait I needed to develop was self-discipline.
But to me that sounded so boring, structured, and bossy. I like flexibility and fun.
But he had a point and I knew I needed to get out of my own way and stop being resistant and avoiding the very things I needed to do to get healthy.
