Do you struggle to stay disciplined and motivated like me?

For years I failed at getting in shape.

I finally realized the number one trait I needed to develop was self-discipline. But to me that sounded so boring, structured, and bossy. I like flexibility and fun.

So I discovered some easy ways to have fun, be flexible and also get disciplined enough so I could GET results and KEEP results.

That last point is key because so many of us fear losing the results we get, so we never get started. That way we won't be disappointed. It sounds silly, but many people fear that!
