Are your weekends sabotaging your health and fitness goals?
We both know that people typically eat more and exercise less on Saturdays and Sundays.
Even though the weekend shouldn't be an excuse to take a break from your goals, many of us let our guard down on the weekends.
It used to be Fridays for me! My gateway evening of pizza and beer as I headed into the weekend.
Then I kept it going on Saturday and Sunday and felt defeated, bloated, frustrated, and angry as Monday had come because I sabotaged all my hard work from the week before!
The cycle can be hard to break if you don’t start taking control of your weekends!
Here are the strategies that helped me turn things around.
