I set on a quest to find tips to overcome holiday stress. This time of year can really overwhelm people. And I can see why. People get stressed out with their huge to do lists that can vary with items such as: Buying Gifts, Money for Presents, Whether to put Christmas on the credit card, Attending Holiday Performances & Events by Kids, Family Gatherings, Christmas Cards, Food Prep, Parties & Events, Trips & Travel, Wrapping Presents, Decorating, Cleaning, Crowds & Lines, Gaining Weight and more!
