Ready for some Beach Muscles? Well, LIIFT4 is one of those old school workout programs giving people great results!

What is LIIFT4? LIIFT4 is an awesome, no-nonsense 8-week program! It combines straight forward weightlifting with cardio High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and a short core routine. You work out just 4 days a week, with 3 strategically chosen recovery days. Workouts are only 30–40 minutes.

No opportunity for boredom because there are 32 different workouts that were recorded in real time, never doing the same workout twice.
