Do you fear the scale? Avoid the scale? Hate the scale? Want to throw out the scale? Today, I have some tips that might be having you shifting your mindset about the scale!

If you are like I used to be, you avoid the scale. I felt the scale had such a negative impact on weight loss, the I would coach and tell people to hide it after they first weighed in. And to only check weight on a weekly or monthly basis.

But since May of 2018, I had a mindset shift about the scale that I want to share with you! BE sure to stay tuned through the end of this podcast where I will share some tips you can use moving forward if you are trying to lose weight, battle yo-yo dieting, just want to drop a few pounds and maintain your weight, or perhaps have given up but know you need to do something!
