I am often asked how to overcome excuses when it comes to exercise.

I usually give tips generic enough to help a person out so that they can take action.

then I started thinking about how I struggled with weight gain and depression after I lost my wife in a car accident.

I now had all the house responsibilities along with taking care of our 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 parrot, I also ran our German Shepherd Rescue.

I was a full-time teacher and I ran a video and web production company from home.

I had so many excuses not to exercise.

No Time. No Motivation. No energy.
