There I was. I was about to put off my workout for yet another week. Life was spinning out of control. Perhaps my job was getting too overwhelming… You see, I struggled with weight gain and depression after I lost my wife in a car accident.
I was taking care of our 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 parrot, I also ran our German Shepherd Rescue. I was a full-time teacher and I ran a video and web production company from home.
Life seemed to spin out of control, I wanted to use exercise to be my therapy, but it became more and more convenient to put it off. No Time. No Motivation. No energy. I needed to take control.
