GUILT!
I had spent 2 full months trying to keep my workouts and nutrition on point, only to be faced with stress and falling off the wagon a few times.
I noticed I felt guilty about not making the best food choices and that I was letting myself down. It got to the point where I almost went into hiding and gave up.
