Raising Resilient Kids

How can we raise our kids to be as strong as possible while shielding them from the harsh realities of a (sometimes) cruel and unequal society? In this episode, Kaanji and Tara discuss how their childhood traumas and experiences impacted their parenting choices and have taught them to be resilient adults.  They share how they have learned to teach their sons to handle discouragement, disappointment, and difficulties while being strong emotional support systems, and offer some straightforward tips on how to foster resilience in our kids.
