Mom Shame - Part 1

“Judgy mom’s judging mom’s.” In this episode, Andie and Angie explore the world of mom shaming. To keep things lighthearted and fun, they play the Shame Game! Let’s face it, people can shame moms over some ridiculous things. Moms deal with a whirlwind of eye rolls and harsh comments about a variety of kid related topics.  These include sleep schedules and pacifiers, the never-ending bottle versus breastfeeding debate,  and what your child ate for dinner. Angie tells about a time a mom judged her for the sunscreen she used. Who knew Banana Boat could be so controversial? Andie explains that she had an aha moment years ago when she realized it wasn’t her job to worry about how other people parent their kids. She goes on to explain that humility is the opposite of mom shaming. This episode is encouraging, funny, and relatable. Even though mom shaming can be difficult, Andie and Angie want to encourage you through the challenging times.
