Andie and Angie share some tips, tricks, and pretty funny stories about their chaotic mom moments. Let’s just say that a New York Trip Andie went on included teenagers, clowns, and waiting for the wrong train that never showed up. Sure this is something Andie can laugh about now- but at the time it was pretty stressful and chaotic. But here’s the thing: it’s okay to cry, to feel overwhelmed, and to admit when you are at max capacity. Just be like Elsa and let it go. Okay, maybe it’s not always that easy. So when chaos happens, staying calm, having realistic expectations, being honest with your kids, and taking those precious moments to practice gratitude are also excellent strategies. So be encouraged mama, you are doing an amazing job!
