This episode is all about Female empowerment and turning your dreams into reality.  CHRISTIE HORAN is a fitness instructor, choreographer, former NBA dancer, and our new favorite hype-woman.  She's bursting with positive energy in the most genuine and uplifting way! She opens up about her journey to becoming a dancer for the Washington Wizards, what it was like traveling the world and dancing professionally, and how she balanced dancing, working, self care, and her relationship, and still managed to have a social life.


Christie talks about the community she is creating with her fitness and dance platform, MCG, where she coaches everyone from beginners to experienced dancers.  She also shares her best tips for how to use dance as self care and to build your confidence and live a happier, healthier life.  We chat about why rest and recovery days are so important and why you should never skip your stretching.  We also hear about Christie's favorite foods, her must-have quality in a significant other, advice she would give to her younger self, and the secrets behind her glowing, beautiful skin!
