Welcome back! This week we’re chatting with Bethany Holmes, holistic health coach, reiki healer, trauma survivor and the creator of The Healthy B. As a holistic health coach, Bethany focuses on helping people who have gone through health traumas or who have chronic health conditions to manage their own health and take care of themselves. On today's episode she opens up about her experience with a brain injury that led her to an emergency brain surgery that changed her life and her mindset and eventually introduced her to holistic medicine and led her to discover her true passion of helping others heal.
We chat with Bethany about reiki, energy healing, and the benefits of combining Western medicine with Alternative healing methods. Throughout the episode we hear all of Bethany's favorite methods for connecting with herself and prioritizing her physical and mental health. We learn what foods she cannot live without, her must-have quality in a significant other, what advice she would give to her younger self, and her favorite methods for meditation.
