#18. I didn't do any of the 8 NYE steps I gave you in the last episode so

Hiya! How's this year kicked off for you? It's been pretty shit for me! In this episode, I am honest about the fact that I didn't follow any of my prescribed steps for NYE resolutions in episode #17. BUT, I did find the letter I wrote to myself at the end of 2021 to read at the end of 2022 and I read it out loud for all of us!

I also talked about two of my favorite things I learned from one of my most favorite books - Atomic Habits by James Clear: habit staking and making a habit your identity.
