Having been near homelessness many times as an adult and a child....I empathize with the 40K homeless people in LA. 
 I did not vote for Karen Bass. I think Rick Caruso could have and would have done a better job at addressing this problem.
Today I read an article from the LA times by David Zahniser and Julia Wick. "As Inauguration nears, a cleanup near City Hall". I also read excerpts from The Making of a Crisis: A History f Homelessness in Los Angeles.

How do we solve the problem? What can we do?
I don't have the answer.
I pray for these people everyday.!!
