#218: Inspire by Design

By tapping into the desires of others to help them reach their goals helps everyone be heard. When we create a clean space, all opinions matter, and all experiences are valid. When we make room for others to express themselves without judgment, we create safety and allow for personal growth and a pressure-free environment, allowing for expansion and growth in both personal and professional relationships. When we drop our defenses, we evolve to an understanding that each person's perspective is valid, we open the door to intimacy, trust, and vulnerability.
