Most of us tune out and gloss over the “wins” and “successes” at work. Your brain is designed to problem solve and things that are going well are not problems. But learning to take a minute and really acknowledge what’s going well is one of the secrets to actually reaching the goal you’re going for. But there are a few pitfalls we all fall into.
