Monster Movie Happy Hour, Ep. 51 "Pontypool"

Dave remembers to hit the record button and the crew get a chance to talk about the 2008  Canadian atmospheric horror movie, "Pontypool". The cocktail is a Canadian-inspired unintentional variation on the Old Fashioned.

The Pontypool Old Fashioned Cocktail

• 2.5 oz.Canadian Whiskey
• .5 oz Maple Syrup
• 2 to 4 dashes of Black Walnut Bitters
• Garnish with slice of cooked bacon and a bourbon-infused cherry

Stir ingredients in mixing glass with ice

Pour into Old Fashioned glass with large ice cube

Garnish and enjoy!
