032: Realizing In His Early 30's There Needs To Be An End Goal

In this episode you will hear Dan talk about what his Dad instilled in to him when he was young which was work hard and save your money.  When Dan was young and wanted money of his own he would sell baseball cards and want to spend what he made off of that.  After Dan's general studies in school he went off to college and he received a degree in Marketing which is a great degree to have!  Dan was in his early 30's when it clicked for him and that he should be setting himself up for his retirement and what his end goal will be is when he started listening to others that are around him.  So Dan started reading books about the Stock Market and opened up a trading account and since he is in the real estate industry he is also listening to what others are doing such as buying investment properties.  Most people will be able to relate to Dan's story.
