Talking Health with Dominique Brittain

In this episode I chat with Dominique who graciously shares her motherhood journey with me and also how she navigates life and a family with a chronic illness. Dominique and I met last summer and became fast friends. In this interview, Dominique tells us her backstory of who she is, how her diagnosis affects her family, she talks about her introduction to the healthcare system as a black woman during her first childbirth experience. Dominique also chats about raising kids during a pandemic. We chat about all the things and it’s really good!
We both read the book "Cultivate, A grace filled guide to growing an intentional life" by Lara Casey and we discuss one thing from the book that each one of us are taking with us long-term.
