In this episode, I share how God has been challenging me to slow down, be still, and embrace the power of simply being. As women and mothers, we often carry an invisible weight—the pressure to “do it all.” From maintaining our homes, excelling at work, caring for others, staying fit, and being spiritual leaders in our homes, it’s easy to lose ourselves in the hustle. But God is calling us back to His original design: intimacy, connection, and abiding.
We explore what it means to remain connected to the vine (John 15:4-5), why stillness is a command, not a suggestion (Psalm 46:10), and how cultural pressures, comparison, and burnout contribute to our resistance to rest. If you’ve ever felt guilty for slowing down or questioned your worth outside of your work, this episode is for you.

Prayer of Salvation
If you’re ready to invite Jesus into your heart and begin a new life in Him, please pray this prayer with me:
"Dear God, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I admit that I am a sinner and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, and that He died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for loving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."
