In part three of our three part “Meet the Moms Deep Dive” and we meet Shannon! Shannon took a pause in her career after having her son to be at home. She discusses how she struggled with finding identity as a full time parent, how she feels the term “stay at home mom” is outdated, and how societal expectations for women can make it hard to choose being at home. She talks about the importance of communication with your partner, and how she feels more herself than ever during this time in life.
