This week we welcome special guest and City representative Seli Mailangi to help preview the first representative game of the year with City taking on Country at Brookvale Oval. As the game continues to expand, the competition for representative jersey's has never been greater. Both teams featuring some of games biggest names, as they fight for selection for the NSW Blues.
For Country, legend of our sport Ruan Sims will be coaching the side bringing the side a competitive edge. Country welcome the return of Sam Bremer and will be hoping for improved weather conditions with a backline filled with pace including Rikeya Horne, Teagan Berry, Abbi Church and more. The combination of Olivia Higgins, Jocelyn Kelleher and Olivia Kernick will also be one to watch.
For City, they will head into this game confident featuring a forward pack that would put fear into any side. Parramatta Eels stars- Filomina Hanisi, Fatafehi Hanisi, Tommaya Kelly-Sines and Kennedy Cherrington will be leading from the front. Aliti Namoce and Talei Holmes also head into this game in career best form. The pairing of Emily Curtain and Maddie Studdon will also be on display as Kylie Hilder keeps her eye on potential halves for State of Origin. Who takes this one home, City or Country?
