WOMEN IN LEAGUE SHOW- SPECIAL GUEST NITA MAYNARD, NORTH SYDNEY BEARS v WESTS TIGERS PLUS WYNNUM MANLY SEAGULLS & BRISBANE TIGERS

This week we welcome special guest Nita Maynard to help preview the blockbuster NSW Harvey Norman Women's Premiership clash between the North Sydney Bears and the Wests Tigers. In "the Breakdown" Nita discusses the season so far and offers her reflections as co-captain of the Bears. The Bears started the season strong in Round 1, has a bye in Round 3 and now find themselves against a 2-0 Tigers outfit.

Nita talks about the incredible culture that has been built at the Bears, the depth at the football club as well as the individual talents of the players competing for a premiership. From Katrina Phippen at fullback and former Mojo presenter and star winger Pier Pritchard, the Bears have plenty of talent out wide. The Bears also feature some of the games best playmakers in Kira Dibb, fellow co-captain Raecene McGregor as well as rising star Luisa Yaranamua. I s this the year for North Sydney?

Nita also shares her praise for her opposition in the undefeated Wests Tigers. The Tigers boast the incredible skill of sisters Sophie and Emily Curtain as well as the leadership of Kezie Apps, Christian Pio and Jessica Sergis. Not to mention some of the best young talent in the game including star centre Tess Staines.  Can the Tigers keep their undefeated start to the season going?

And to round out the show in "Rapid Fire" the panel dive into the QLD state competition with the Round 6 of the Women's BMD Premiership. Nita and team offer their tips in the game of the round as the Wynnum Manly Seagulls take on the Brisbane Tigers. Which team can claim 4th position and push for a finals berth?
