This week we welcome special guest Karina Brown to help preview the blockbuster BMD Premiership clash between the Burleigh Bears and North Queensland Gold Stars. In "the Breakdown" Karina talks about NRLW players returning back to state competitions including QLD's BMD Premiership. Karina also praises the incredible talent coming through the Bears system as the team finds itself in contention for a finals berth. Heading into Round 4 and with only a few games left before the finals, both teams will be desperate to get the win. 

Karina also shares insight into the her opposition this week, with the Gold Stars featuring some of the games most talented players. From Romy Teitzel to Tahlulah Tillett, the North QLD outfit will be looking to climb the ladder and compete for a title. With NRLW stars and rising stars filling both teams, who wins this one?

And to round out the show in "Rapid Fire" the panel dive into the NSW state competition with the opening round of the NSW Harvey Normans Women's Premiership. Karina and team offer their tips in the game of the round as the Mounties face the Cronulla Sharks. Which team will start the season with bragging rights?
